working in la and can no longer make the commute from beautiful aliso viejo!this condo is centered between the 73, 133, 405 and 5 fwy. the complex is fairly new featuring granite countertops, wooden floors, central heating and ac, washer and dryer in unit, gated front patio, some storage, one car garage and one assigned parking space in front of the unit. there is plenty of guest parking at any given time and just a few minutes walk from the pool. the unit faces a hill and is very quiet with no street noise.
ideal for one or two people... asking 1200/ month + utilities and a $1000 deposit. master bedroom, private bathroom, dual closet and dual sink with large bath/ shower. the kitchen, living room and half bath are shared with other roommate. she is a pleasant, 21 yo professional who is home about half the time.
