this house has a 1st floor and basement. both levels are fully finished. the first floor has a nice general living quarters with an upstairs bathroom and kitchen. the kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. the kitchen was redone last year. the upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are currently being redone right now.

the downstairs has a bathroom and washer and dryer. there is a spare room that we use as a music room. the people in the house are respectful and are considerate of the time of day. we don't hold any parties here so there's no need worrying about having your stuff lost or destroyed.

everyone in the house is a musician. we have a rule in the house about how early and how late you can play so nobody gets a rude awakening.

the room you would be taking is about 8x12 with it's own closet and heating register. utilities are gas and electric.
