my wife and i are currently looking for someone that would like to rent one of the bedrooms we have in our house. single family home in anaheim just 2-3 miles from the 5 and 91 freeways. parking is never an issue, col de sac so no traffic passing by house. you would have private bedroom, private bath every other week (my wife's 9 year old son is with us every other week), access to our washer and dryer and access to our kitchen. we also have a back yard and location is very close to fullerton. i am asking 800 a month. this covers everything. utilities as well as direct tv and internet. unfortunately no pets aloud.
