greetings!my name is rob and i'm currently renting (as the master tenant) a beautiful 3br/2ba two-story single home on 8th st., between d & e streets in antioch and looking for a roommate (one person) to share this home for the next 5 months up to a full year.
i'm a christian, single black male, 41 yrs old, originally from philly, no children, very easy to get along with, accommodating and drama free. i repeat, drama free!!! i'm an online graduate student pursuing two degrees at the moment (mba in sustainable management & m.div in pastoral counseling) and i'll be looking for full-time/part-time work very soon. i'm not a loud person (accept when sports are being played on tv) or partier. i'm usually in and out of the house all throughout the week during various times. rarely and i mean rarely do i have guests over. that said, i don't mind if you do but i would appreciate it if you would let me know and for how long. i don't have a car but have a dependable bicycle that i'll ride anywhere and everywhere! i'm very respectful of others privacy and very clean as well. i'm pretty good with washing dishes and would appreciate if you keep yours clean too. for the most part i'm a neat freak. i'm not ocd but i do like to keep the home clean (i.e. floors, bathrooms) and would expect you to chip in on keeping the place tidy. if you're a messy person or the type that leaves piles of dishes in the sink than please move on to another ad thanks. i also don't drink or smoke, but don't mind if you do. if you do smoke please do so outside on the backyard/patio.
