apartment is spacious and has 2 bedrooms on the second floor of a two family: nice sunny living room, eat-in kitchen w/ gas stove, dining room, sunroom, recently renovated kitchen and bath, hardwood floors throughout, very clean. the bedroom is 12 x 12 and would be furnished with a bed, dresser, and night stand. the room has a really nice and large closet. the rest of the apartment is already fully furnished.washer and dryer is easily accessible on the second floor.
10 min walk to alewife. bus stop for route 77 and 79 is 2 blocks away. no parking is available.
(parking is not permitted on the street between 1am and 6am.)
the condo has a walk score of 72 from www.walkscore.com and they consider it "very walkable". i take the t to work every weekday unless i bike to work.
i am looking for someone who is nice, clean, social, easy going and does not have a car.
the rent is $600 plus utilities which average about $100/ month. sorry, no pets. security deposit, first and last month rent required.
