do you work at the naval base or shipyard? are you looking for a little slice of heaven to come home to after a hard day at work? how about lake life?i have a beautiful home located on lake tahuyeh with an unfurnished bedroom (picture is shown with bedroom furnished) w/full private bathroom and option of small den/office (at no additional charge) for rent beginning june 4th.
great yard, deck, bbq and fire pit for entertaining in the spring/summer. pool table as well.
the main/shared portion of the home is fully furnished (dishes, linens, etc. too) and appliances including washer/dryer.
small/medium dog may be considered. no cats please.
home has private driveway. no access to the garage. access to front and backyard.
i am looking for a mature, responsible, clean, courteous, friendly and stable, roommate. male or female.
may consider a "couple" but must reside in the same room.

rent: $675 plus â½ utilities. ($850 if couple) month-to-month. first, last and $300 deposit. $150 of which is non-refundable should you have a pet.
