room in a 2 bedroom apartment is for rent. the owner of the room change jobs in a different state so the existing tenant (phd student) is looking for a female roommate (with a professional lifestyle) starting from january 24, 2015. the rent includes heat and hot water. the unit is 1 min walk to b line and 5 mins walk to c line and d line, great location, and very safe and professional neighborhood. the unit is in an apartment building with a great and responsive management office. we have no complaints about the apartment at all so far. the cable and electricity are shared by the roommates (comes around 40/person). the unit has a dishwasher and in building laundry. no pets are allowed. no private parking but resident sticker is convenient to find parking around the apartment.if you are looking for a furnished room, i may be able to help by leaving a table, a drawer, and an inflatable bed for free.
