we are a young gay couple, 21 and 26. we are currently renting one of the rooms in the 2bedroom, but on september 1st our current roommates are moving out.
we are renewing the lease and need to find an outoing, friendly, clean roommate.

the room for rent is very spacious. has a small private mini-deck, and private entrace. plenty of closet and storage space as well.

we have a small 15 pound puppy named rocky, he is an eskimo poodle mix. very friendly

our ideal roommate would be :
- a single chick, or lesbian couple.
- we both work full time in boston 8-5 monday thru friday, and like to come home after work and have some dinner,
relax with some beers and definately enjoy our 420, so ideally, you should too.
- please be able to pay rent on time. we would like to know that you have a good job and will be able to pay rent by the 1st of every month
- we smoke cigarrettes, trying to quit, but some people know how that goes
- be outgoing. please. we dont want a boring person that just "lives" there. we are hoping for not just a roommate but a friendship situation
- we are very laid back and enjoy having friends over from time to time to hang and just enjoy our time. your friends are more than welcome as well.
- we like to get loud sometimes, you know with music, drinks, 420, etc, but mostly on weekends. so you should be the same way


i know it seems like a lot of stuff but in a roommate situation you want someone who you can click with.
the room will be available september 1st, and a first and last month is necessary.
