hi, i have decided to rent out 1 unfurnished room in my house. this will be a month to month arrangement. the room is 16x12 ft. with a walk in closet. this is a gated community with a security guard that makes constant rounds, so it is very quiet, private, and safe. there are paved trails around the neighborhood for you to enjoy if you're a jogger or walker. you will enjoy full house privileges which includes the washer, dryer, and backyard. also included in the rent will be verizon fios internet and cable tv. this location offers quick access to both the 10 and 60 freeway. it is about 15-20 minutes away from san bernardino, loma linda, moreno valley, and morongo casino. i am a 32 year old male looking to rent to a professional (full time employed) or full time student. perfect candidates are respectful, quiet, clean, drug free, and non-smoking as am i. please no couples, children, or pets.

rent will be $500 plus half the electricity bill and a $500 deposit for the room. all utilities otherwise are included. i will rent asap and pro rate as needed. thanks
