i have a room for rent in 2 bed, 2.5 bath condo. the room is a large master ensuite with a private bathroom, large walk in closet, and a balcony. the unit is located in a gated community with a pool, has a washer and dryer inside along with a 2 car garage. you will have full access to the condo including the kitchen, laundry room and parking in the garage.the room is single occupancy only. i am looking for a female 21 years of age or older. rent will be $875 per month with split utilities and wifi. the room is available beginning july 1st. if you are interested, please private message me.
