hi there...i am an italian artist, a very calm and quiet person. single father of a lovely and well-educated eleven-year old girl who spends every other week with me. i travel a lot, sometimes i'm not around for a month or two, so you'll have the privilege to have the whole place for yourself.
looking for a very trustworthy and reliable female with a secure income. i don't drink/party...i don't mind if someone does, but i prefer if they don't bring it home.
small quiet little complex in a 2 story townhouse in the heart of beverly hills right by the "the golden triangle" extremely safe, beautiful neighborhood. a great area with many great places within walking distance. more looking to just rent the room out, the room is unfurnished, if you want a bed to be added i could do it ... i am extremely kind and live a very healthy lifestyle so it would be nice to have someone with the same lifestyle. easy going and a quality person. animals are not allowed sorry :( building rules! i prefer to rent month by month so that i don't tie myself or you into something that doesn't correspond to what we are looking for, but hope it does work out.thank you,antonio
