26 year old female looking for new roommate 10/1/15, move in date can possibly be earlier. background check and application required by landlord. located across the street from normandale college.i've been living here for 3 years and i'd prefer not to move. it's really nice and perfect for what i need. i believe its 1,200 sq ft,..2 bed apt, 1 bath, large balcony, dishwasher, underground parking. washer and dryer in unit! brand new windows and siding. amenities include indoor pool, hot tub, and gym.
i am also looking for someone who is ok with cats since i have 2. they are both very friendly.
rent is $610 a month, plus half for electric, cable/internet.
and most importantly, i want us to both get along!
