there is a large kitchen and a beautiful yard.

rent includes all utilities,(heat, hot water, electricity, wi-fi and cable with hbo, starz, and showtime"..
the upstairs bathroom includes a tub with jacuzzi and a washer/dryer that you may freely use. .
there is plenty of street parking. as a resident you only pay .40 cents for the use of any of the tunnels.
