i have a room that is available asap... i need to sublease my apartment and have to move back home due to financial issues. there are 2 other girls living in the apartment...both are 20, go to school, and work...very laid back and easy to get along with .....the room that is available is $465.00 a month and that includes heat and hot water. the cable/internet runs about $25.00 a month and eletric around $15.00. one of the girls is a smoker so smoking inside the apartment is fine.you will be sharing a room and bathroom with one of the girls! it really isn't bad at all sharing a room...the apartment itself is amazing! its in a great location right along the harbor with amazing views of the city!!! its a very safe and secure complex.. the laundry is on the 3rd floor of the building and it has a fitness center, tennis courts, etc. the lease runs until july 31st 2010. i do have pictures!! it is less then a mile from umass boston and a 5 min walk to the jfk/umass t stop.. (red line). so its very convienent!!! please let me know asap
