the room is in maverick square right next to the waterfront in a two floor apartment. the room has a big bed, a table and a big walk in closet. the train station is 3 min from the apartment by walking and also plenty of stores and restaurants are just 3 min from the house. the house has three room and two are occupied with two (m) students, prefered is a female student in the mid 20s. my two roommates are very easy-going,funny,trustful and responsible people. whoever will move in can expect a very good time with two of the best roommates ever! there are two shared bathrooms, shared kitchen and shared living room. we are looking for a clean ,organized and open minded person who is planning to stay for a long term. the rent is 824.- per month, not included power/electricity and internet. by moving in there is a 200.- fee to put the name on the lease, which is required.
