professional female looking to share a town home in riverview/brandon area with another female. the room has its own private bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, and driveway style parking. trash is picked up on the curb so no carrying it out to dumpster. the room is currently furnished which if needed can be used, if not, i will remove the furniture prior to new roomie moving in.

the community is gated and has security that drives through every day. quiet and safe neighborhood - perfect for professionals!

there is cat in the home. no children.

electric, cable, and internet are not included in the rent and will be split equally. there is a deposit required but willing to work with new tenant on payments. the deposit is also refundable as long as there is not damaged to the room or area. background check will be completed prior to anyone moving in.
