the bedroom for rent is very spacious. it has an ample amount of closet space and storage space, a small personal balcony which allows airflow into the bedroom, and is nice to sit and enjoy the summer. there is a door that can be used as a private entrance, and windows that allow lots of sunlight.the apartment is on the top floor of a 3 family house in the oak square area of brighton. the apartment itself is very spacious and has lots of windows to allow sunlight in.
quiet neighborhood, free street parking, 5 min drive to the charles river, harvard square, watertown mall, and great parks for running and exercise.
we are a 5 minute walk to the oak square ymca, 10 minute drive to boston, not far from many locations such as bars, restaurants, and convenience stores.
route 64 bus is directly around the corner, and brings you to central square red line.
a very nice laundromat is only a few minutes walk around the corner. there is a small convenience store at the end of the street also.
ideal roommate is an outgoing girl or a couple. the rent will be $950 for a single person, and $1050 for a couple, plus cost of shared utilities. this will be a month to month agreement.
