i am a 30 year old female professional looking to fill two bedrooms in my wonderful brighton apartment. you really can't beat the location. we are a 4 minute walk to the t and less than a 10 minute walk to both brighton center and washington square. both of my current roommates are moving out of state. i am open to both female and male roommates as long as we are all respectful of each other.i keep the apartment very clean and would expect my roommates to share in cleaning responsibilities. i would also be open to hiring someone to do the cleaning on a biweekly basis. i like to have friends over for dinner about once a week but always let my roommates know in advance. i have a 5 year old mini schnauzer/terrier mix. he is very good boy!
