wonderful and awesome adult 28 y.o. female, renting out a bedroom out of home. located on a great, quiet location on the westside of brockton, ma with direct access to highway and about mile proximity to variety of shopping centers, restaurants, banks, etc. looking for a responsible, organized and easy-going roommate with employment stability and previous renting experience references. the room is already set up with a twin size bed (can fit queen size with everything else in it), tv, a/c, dresser and couch with two ottomons, and obviously it has a large closet. of course, we can remove and put in items in the room if necessary.

need to have c.o.r.i check, credit check and first and last security prior to moving in.
