available to move in june 1st. the room is large and sun-filled in a recently renovated apt in brookline hills. current lease expires sept 1, with the option to renew for another year if you like.the apartment's common areas are well-furnished. some features include: all hardwood floors, recently painted rooms, and an updated kitchen with new appliances & plenty of storage space.
the room is a very comfortable size, with a substantial closet. the dual windows get plenty of natural light throughout the day.
i have a bed that i can sell you or it can come empty.
the electric & internet utilities average ~$50/ea per month. heat is included in the rent. sorry, no pets or couples.
the apartment is 1 block from the brookline hills stop on the d line, and the bwh/longwood medical area is 2 stops away. the medical area shuttle also stops across the street for a direct commute. it's less than a 5 minute walk to brookline village, and about 10 minutes to coolidge corner. cvs, restaurants, and several grocery stores all within close walking distance from the apartment.
