room for rent in beautiful brookline neighborhood, with less than a five minute walk to the brookline hills t (green line) and 20 minutes to downtown boston. the house has been recently renovated, and includes a huge kitchen, and free laundry. the room itself is spacious, with two closets, and a private porch attached.you would share the space with three roommates--one male and two females--all working professionals. there is also a very friendly dog. no other pets, unfortunately. bathroom is shared with two of the three roommates.
landlord lives upstairs and is highly accessible.
