i am looking for a responsible, reliable, mature person to sublet a room in a unique modern 1 bedroom furnished apartment..the bedroom is fully furnished and spacious..the room has a large window overlooking the communal gardens, a lovely en suite shower room, a king-size bed, wooden floors and it is a very good size.. vibrant neighborhood with great variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, groceries, public library and amenities..the apartment is also in a very quiet location.. ideally, i'm looking for someone with zero drama, pay bills on time and responsible with the rent..someone i can get along with, male or female who is clean and tidy, a good laugh respect privacy and wouldn't mind doing things together as roommates once in a while.
