looking for a roommate to share a beautiful, spacious 3-bed 2.5-bath townhouse in burbank! located right up the street from downtown burbank, we are two mid-20's designers / animators that both work at animation studios in burbank and are hoping to find a third person to join our household! having just moved in weeks ago, the property is still an open canvas for a third roommate to personalize the space together with us and make it their home too. the bedroom available is a full-size bedroom with closet storage space located on the second floor with a beautiful window view of the mountains in the distance. there is also plenty of room throughout the house available for extra storage, like the linen closets or the garage. the living room is fully furnished with our current entertainment tv and sound systems as well as leather seating and a coffee table. we would love to find someone that was a creative themselves and perfectly fit our personality types. if you're interested in learning more, please feel free to reach out! thank you so much, we are very excited to find someone to share our new space with :)
