i own a 3-story, 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home near 35w & 13 and there are two bedrooms available for informal roommates if interested. there is one spacious upstairs bedroom adjacent to the full bathroom upstairs, and another bedroom downstairs that is smaller but has the benefit of a private entry. neither is fully furnished, but there is a combined dresser/bookcase in the upstairs bedroom and a twin bed downstairs, either of which could be combined or removed as preferred.

i'm proposing $475 for the upstairs bedroom and $375 for the downstairs bedroom, which for simplicity's sake would include all utilities, include unlimited access to the common areas and garage, and be prorated for mid-month move-ins. i'm generally flexible on duration (month-to-month, 3-month, 6-month, etc.), and no security deposit is necessary so long as you can pay the first month upfront.

me: a 26-year-old who works 10-12 hours a day all week and much of the weekend, so you'd practically have the place to yourself. i'm by no means a neat freak and don't have any rules other than obviously refrain from permanent damage and keep noise down at night to keep the neighbors at bay. no preferences as far as age or gender. i'm not a stickler about credit checks either, so long as you can show a steady source of income going forward. if you're interested, feel free to email through the post or call 218-393-4050 with any questions or if you'd like to do a showing.
