we are three females ages 26 and 27 looking for a fourth roommate! we absolutely love our 4 bedroom apartment in cambridge but have one roommate moving out 9/1 and need to fill her spot. looking for a female around our age, who works full time, non-smoker and no pets (sorry!)the three of us are all full time professionals (approx 9-5) who have a great balance of working hard and having fun. we are very clean, responsible, easy-going and get along very well.
our apartment is great! between inman and central it's about a 9 min. walk to the t at central. 4 bedroom (yours with 2 windows and a huge closet). there are also two bathrooms, large living room & kitchen, storage in the basement and a roof deck with views of downtown. price is $750 not including utilities but they are not bad split 4 ways. would need to sign a years lease starting 9/1.
