large semi-furnished (book shelf and dresser included, with option to purchase my furniture if needed) available for rent from early march onward, in central square on a quiet street right off of mass ave.. two minute walk to the red line, one minute to the 1 bus. post office, ymca, whole foods and many other amenities nearby. the room is huge, as is the closet with plenty of storage space and shelves. house has washer and dryer, kitchen (with dishwasher and garbage disposal), bathroom, living room, and a fourth small room we use as a workout space. 2 roomates, both males (i am a female, so female roomates are fine), working professionals late 20s and early 30s, courteous and clean and really nice. the landlord is a sweet older gentleman always quick to respond to any issue or question you may have. i honestly love this apartment and am only leaving because i am getting married and moving in with my fiancã©. you would be subletting on my lease until september, with the option to renew. first months rent, last, and security required at signing. please email me, sarah, with any questions or to schedule a showing. thanks!
