room available sept. 1st. the rent is $1190. single person (only non smokers and non- pot smokers, please) .would enjoy one and all... male or female of any race/age/faith/lbgt or even a couple or 2 persons ...peace!
****will accept 2 people, if both work full time jobs in the daytime (outside the home)! though 2nd person is extra****
***except all dogs****(i have 2 dogs which love to play with other dogs)
free utilities, free wifi, free cleaning lady (maid)which most likely is me ha!(well i do have a professional lady or guy).
this home i think you will agree is sooo colorful!
we are two gentleman's and this one gorgeous ,beautiful, and wonderful lady(this would be me!). ages are 25-63 and we are all young at heart, very considerate, and, at the home we basically keep to ourselves, in our own bedrooms. and at times the home may not be so quiet, (t.v. playing loud, though, it is quiet for the most part). or may be get dusty (blame it on the dogs right...ha)( or dirty will just blame it on the new comer...ok)?
looking for..a person that is working full time day time job(may except couples, both must both work full daytime jobs, will charge more rent) who receives a paycheck outside the home, no self employed, retired, or persons who work at home. a person that keeps to him or herself..(in his/her bedroom, would be ideal...it is like you are living by yourself, and do not have to feel like you must entertain your roommates.). also again no smoking cigs/vapor or pot, no excessive drinking.
the home......... has a huge back yard with built-in bbq, covered patio, ceiling fan, small pond, all the neighborhood birds come to drink.
your room....has an almost new, "breath taking", regal high class redwood floor you have 3 long selves to put what you like. your room size is 10x9 . can fit a lot of furniture(no, really!).there is furniture in the room currently, so you may see how much really fits! please call/text me at 408.904.9444 peace
