our current rm is taking a job outside sd, so we're in need of a responsible, courteous, respectful person to share our home starting in mid/late july. we can make more immediate move-in arrangements if needed for the right person.the house is 2 bed/2 bath, 1400 sf + loft, and has amazing views of the beach and ocean from the deck. the loft is above the common area and has my office and a guest bed. the two bedrooms and both baths are downstairs from the common area.
my gf and i share the master. we are both in our 30s.
me: consultant, hs coach, part-time re agent
gf: gym manager, personal trainer, swim coach
i have lived here for 3+ years and have a great relationship with the owner, who also lives next door. we have fun, but this can't/won't be a party house.
