quiet home in carmichael looking to rent room.**july 24th, possibly sooner**
room in nice, established carmichael (95608) residence. also, great neighbors; we're a part of the neighborhood watch. it really is a nice quiet place to live.
if you like to party and have people over. . . this is not the place for you. we have a small child, we are chill and laid back but also career driven; we're early to bed and early to rise.
this will be a month-to-month rental. first and last month's rent due upon moving in.
$650 (utilities included): there is access to laundry room. you also have access to the pool and there is street parking available.
must be:
- single (no couples or kids)
- clean up after yourself; room and living areas (including personal hygiene⁺)
- be respectful and mindful of others and their belongings
- clean and sober (absolutely no drugs or alcohol)
- employed
- pay rent on time
- have references
*guests are not allowed (overnight or otherwise)... this is subject to change in october.
