house is a large 4 bedroom home in the hayward/castro valley area. owner lives in the house with one other gay man. house have very large back yard with creek. walking distance to hayward and castro valley bart, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.
looking for a professional who blends in well with current housemates. we are quiet, do not party easy going and respect each other privacy. we work m-f, daytime and would prefer someone with the similar schedule. first and last month rent required at move in. this is a non-smoking/drug free house. rent is $885, due first of each month. prefer long-term rental but will consider month-to-month. must be dependable and respectful.
