i am a 23 year old professional, working in the back bay. i have recently purchased this condo which was just converted. i will be the very first occupant in the unit and everything inside is brand new. the unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, so along with the bedroom, you will have your own bathroom. the building has an attached large, private courtyard with an enclosed gazebo that is common to all the building's residents. i am friendly and sociable and have pretty typical interests of any other 23 year old, going out with friends, sports, occasionally having some people over on weekends etc. i am also studying for a series of exams that take up a lot of my time during the week after work. looking for someone with similar lifestyle/interests so we can have a good time being roommates.
