as for myself, i will be working in dtla and will be commuting via train everyday. when i am home, i will likely spend a lot of time in the living area as i prefer to be there as opposed to my room even if no one is socializing. when i am not home, i spend a lot of time at the gym, hiking or participating in other adventures. in terms of maintaining the home, i usually do low maintenance work during the week and major cleaning on the weekends. i also have a dog, cookie, that i will be bringing with me. cookie is a small 12lb maltese that hates the mail person but will cuddle with almost anyone else. if you are interested, please contact me so we can talk some more.
