house located in a good part of colton. approx 2100 sq feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, garage, dinning room, kitchen, living room, master room (with private bathroom.) i will be staying in one of the rooms. please see below for all information:
$600 a month /w $600 security deposit
1 room and 1 shared bathroom
private a/c window unit
utilities included/not charged to tenant:
water, gas, electric, trash, sewage, internet service (wifi)
common areas tenant may use:
kitchen, dinning room, main living room, 1 bathroom, front and back yards, garage for the sole purpose of storage (household goods that do not fit in your room).

refrigerator, washer/dryer (clothes), swamp-cooler, stove
