i have a room available now, for rent in my 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse (concord). it is the master bedroom, window/sliding door to patio (not for entrance/exit), large desk and dresser. i had a bookshelf, table and chair in there but the last tenant didn't want it so i moved it out. there is no bed. there is a clubhouse available to rent for parties/get togethers, a swimming pool, laundry rooms, one tenant parking space if you need it and there is a bus stop right in front of my house. 242, 680 and highway 4 are all close by.i do not work but healthy and happy, home most of the time. one 3 1/2 pound yorkie (who is my baby : ) ) and she loves everybody.
older female preferred, working or non, must have proof of income. no drugs, drinking, smoking outside only. no prejudices. possitively no yelling....you can talk to me about anything but no yelling. : ) no dogs, one inside only cat would be fine.
rent $750, utilities $50. first and last to move in. cleaning deposit $300.
