room available with separate private bath available in large 2600sq ft condo. must be ok with two cats living with me. three levels. room furnished and most supplies available to use as well. great natural light from sunroom on top level. ample parking for free. utilities included. close to grocery stores, restaurants and parks. pretty quiet area. balcony off room. very close to freeway and easy to get to many various locations. i’m ultimately looking for a female that’s honest and trustworthy, respects my cats and i, as i own this home, likes to color grocery shop at times together, can be nonjudgmental, and respect locking doors when leaving, cleaning up after yourself, not leaving windows open (for cats sake and safety) and open to sharing common things. i’m very friendly, genuine, and and respectful and if hope to get along well with the person living with me.
