i have a cell phone to take pictures with, however i am new to the cell phone, so i ordered the adapter to my digital camera to charge it with.should be here within the week. i have a single family residence-it has the master bedroom and the bathroom is attached to it. i have 2 other rooms-1 is the guest room-the other is my office. there is also a second bathroom which would be the person who would rent the room. so you would have your own bathroom which has a jacuzzi type bathtub-i am not that tall-5 ft. tall.if you would want the office room as your bedroom-we can arrange that-just have to get some manpower to move everything around..i am 62 years old-have alot of heath issues-nothing that i cannot change. all the rooms are approximately 10 x11 feet in width. you would have access to the living room,the kitchen-washer and dryer in the garage-your own bathroom. basically anything you dirty, you clean it yourself.my domain is the master bedroom/bathroom. i basically stay in my room with my blind dog and only go out for food in the kitchen or to do laundry and to feed him and make sure he goes outside to do his business.you have to be willing to give me permission to do a background check on you.i do not tolerate you having other people hang out.the only reason i am doing this is that my mortgage is high and it is easier to try to rent a room than have to sell my home. it is a very nice area up here, but it is also very low keyed. in other words my neighbors are all around their late forties on up.no drinking, no illegal drugs,no smoking i am requesting a $300.00 deposit.i am looking for a female preferably-age range between 30 to 60 years old. the only thing i dont have is a working oven-stove works and microwave but cannot afford it as of right now.. you also have a parking spot in the driveway and house has an alarm system as well. i am sure you will like what you see.price for rental is negotioble.
