master bedroom in clean 3 bedroom/1 1/2 bath, 3 level home in safe/quiet neighborhood located right on the border of san francisco. 1 block from westlake shopping center, a very short walk to the bart station, 2 mins. to hwy. 280 & 19th ave., 5 mins. to ocean beach.i am looking for a mature, financially stable, single, working individual male/female to share my house along with one other housemate. you will have access to a fully furnished home, (except your room), fully stocked kitchen, shared bathroom with one other resident, large backyard with new gas bbq and plenty of storage room, parking in driveway. i live downstairs off the garage, i work more then full time, rarely upstairs, giving you lots of room & privacy adding real value to this rental. rental is month to month, $1500.00 rent plus 1/3 utilities, power, water, garbage, high speed internet and wireless cable tv (approx. $100 per month).
move-in requirements: $1500 first months rent, $1500 security deposit. no pets. proof of employment with last current months check stubs. fresh copy of your credit report. copy of your ca drivers license or state id card. reference from last residence, name, phone number, address. no criminal history no drama. lol! this is not a party house. i will be compiling a list of potential renters for two weeks and choosing two of the best fitting individuals to move in july 1.
