i have a 5 bedroom home and i am looking to rent 2 rooms 1 room mate. one can be a bedroom and the other a tv room if you wish. has its own full bathroom on that side of the home. currently have not had tv or internt connected but this can be done if needed. haven't spent that much time at home.

must love dogs i have a freindly newfoundland and shepard. if you are willing to help me with taking them out from timne to time i can reduce the rent.btw you must pass the newf test if she likes you great if not oh well she is the queen.

i keep my home neat and tidy despite having two dogs. would expect the same from a roommate.

i am 51 and have move to florida to start a new life with a new job in tampa. orginally from ri. i like to have fun though my day stars at 5 am and generally i'm not home till 7 pm.i have two daughters that will come to visit from time to time. one is 13 the other 19. the still live back north.

the community is located in davenport not far from champion gates

home is in a gated community very quite. there is a large club house with a fitess facility and two large pools
