kid-friendly roommate(s) needed:my husband and i have a room available for rent starting on august 1, 2015. ideal roommate will be kid friendly, as our 2-year-old son lives with us. the apartment is in the trees, located on the corner of lake and russell. amenities include free wi-fi; 24-hour laundry facilities; a full 24-hour study lounge, with two computers, scanner, and free printing (supply your own paper); a 24-hour game room with air hockey, foosball, 46” tv with cable and wii; large pool and spa, complete with picnic area, grill, tables, and hammocks for relaxing; complete 24 hour gym – several different cardio machines, a bench press station, full-body pulley system machine, leg press machine, and free weights.
we are just up the street from stonegate country club, and the lease comes with the option to join. we are right off a bike path leading to uc davis, with bus lines d & k on the corner (p line is just up the street). the apartments are spacious, maintenance is prompt, and the manager here is awesome!
the room is $800/mo, no deposit necessary. we are open to renting to a single person, or two roommates. the apartment is 2bd/2ba, and we only use one bathroom so the second one will be dedicated to whoever resides in the extra bedroom.
