hi, i am a male in mid 30's living alone and who is looking for a roommate to live with. my son will be staying with me in my room 3 days out of the week. he is 7 years of age. i am looking to live with a male or female. i work long hours 5 days a week. i am looking for a clean and quiet person. i will be moving into a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. no pets please. no smoking. roommate would get own room and bathroom. your bathroom would be located right outside your bedroom. apartment is carpeted. wardrobe is mirrored and you do have sufficient amount of shelving to hang clothes. deposit will be $250 for your share. apartment has a washer/dryer inside. (full size) gas stove, all appliances the apartment is on the first floor. parking- it is a gated community so you would get to park inside the gate community amenities- has a fitness center which is open 24/7. has a business center along with a pool table. 2 pools and jacuzzi. community is located right off of iron horse trail. apartment is only a quarter mile away from 580/680 interchange located less than two miles away from safeway, target, bart, whole foods, walmart and all fast food chains. i move into this apartment on august 1st, 2016. apartment is one mile away from bart your bedroom dimensions are 13'4 x 10'10" utilites: i can pay for water, garbage and sewage - (water is metered which is nice) you can pay for pg&e comcast cable with wifi we can split in half. living room will have one sofa. you are more than welcome to bring additional sofa and dining table if you want. i will not be bringing in a dining table. i am asking for $1,300 a month. please call me if you are interested at
