located right on the border of sherman oaks and encino, we live in a nice quiet complex. our 2 story condo (3br/2.5 bath) is at the meeting point of the 101 and 405, half a mile from the galleria, and only a couple miles from great shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants/bars.

furnished, the empty room comes with a shelving unit, a bed, a floor lamp, and a side table. the upstairs bathroom is shared between you and the 3rd roommate...but to be quite honest, she's hardly ever there. washer and dryer in unit. one additional parking space available behind a locked gate. full kitchen, etc.

rent is $800 plus internet and electricity which totals approximately $850 a month. landlord pays hoa for maintenance of the complex, pool, etc. he also covers water.
