stop if you; have kids, no job, no proof of income, not in college, and in a couple situation, pets (sorry).it's 300 of rent and 1/2 of electric, heat and comcast. (roughly no more than $400 altogether) due on the 1st of every month. (1st and security due at signing)
about the apt: it's two bedrooms, decent size living room, kitchen and good size bathroom. the room sizes are not huge but comfortable. i'm located within 10 minute walk to walmart, burlington, mall, olympia, stop n shop, shaws, cvs, walgreens, lots of fast food stores, shopping areas, post office, schools, buses etc. it is a first floor, with only a few steps up from the sidewalk. the apt has wi-fi, cable; heat (which barely even gets high in the winter since it's so easy to cozy up the house),hot water, it's clean rug floors, and tile bathroom and kitchen. get your own cabinet for food, left side of fridge and freezer. pots and pans available for use, utensils, etc. easy to keep up with the cleaning. the windows are fairly new, ceiling fan in every room, lock and key for your bedroom door. bedroom is furnished! twin bed, beaurau and television. (the option is yours). parking available outside on street. anything else you can ask about it :)
about you: male or female, over 21, responsible, clean, mature, college student. trusting, goal oriented. need proof of income. no pets. no druggie (though i am casually 4/20 happy:) no heavy drinkers. absolutely no cigg smoking inside.(porch right outside for easy access) easy to get along with. social. respects boundaries.must be okay with homosexuals as i am bi and have homosexual friends as well. no couples, no children, no drama
