i am not currently renting this house. i am trying to get a couple roommates together, so that we can afford to sign the lease! i have one person that is interested and she has a horse, i am looking for 1 more roommate or a couple that wants to share a room.

it is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom farm house. newly remodeled, hard wood floors. giant kitchen with a ton of cupboard space! on 12 acres, with about 6 outbuildings including a barn and chicken coop. the barn used to house dairy cows, but very easy to convert for horses. around 7 acres of pasture available. dogs, cats(indoor or out) are welcome, as are other animals. i have 3 indoor female cats. they are used to dogs and use the litter boxes well.

i know this may sound weird but it needs to be said. if you are a couple, or your bf/gf visits often, please keep the sex to a dull roar!

the house is about 5 miles from hwy 35 and almost equal distance between faribault and northfield, mn.

rent is $1550 total. so with 2 people $775, with 3 people $516 a month. electric is around $150 or so a month total. there is central air. heat is oil furnace, runs around $1800 for the year, but will be less if we keep the heat around 62 and don't wear shorts. :d
