i am renting a nice huge master bedroom in an all male household and each room has its own benefits. the home is a furnished and comfortable two story townhouse in a community with a swimming pool, clubhouse, basketball area and wide open green spaces. easy access to 101, 92, caltrain, samtrans, local parks with soccer fields and tennis courts and is near many walking/biking trails. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.the master suite is a very large 180 sq ft room with an additional 70 sq ft for the private bath area. it has three good-sized closets with extra shelves and is $1750 monthly.
