my brother and i will be having one of the rooms in our house available for rent starting june 1st. the house is located in a great area right next to the glendora shopping center and conveniently located near costco, target, sam's club, walmart and other great shopping areas. the room is still available, move in will be for june 1st. it's a nice sized room big enough for a queen size bed with room for a desk or dresser. we are very friendly, chill, and young people who love to have a good time and hang out. serious inquires only! you must be comfortable with having a child in the house. we usually tend to ourselves and stay in the room. the pricing includes utilities. if you are interested and would like to find out some more information, please feel free to contact me. i prefer text but i will also answer the call and if i don't please leave me a voicemail to return the call.
