i live in a condo furnished by my grandparents, who i took care of until their passing. i'm almost 32-years-old and have two cats. no more pets allowed.i have more photos, this site will only let me upload one, so please contact me for more.
the condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. i have the master bed/bath. your bathroom is also the guest bathroom, but i rarely have visitors over. there's a tub in that bathroom.
the bedroom is about 10x11 and has a decent closet. the large window faces west and catches gorgeous sunsets. there is a queen-sized bed with two-inch memory foam topper for your comfort :) we also have a vintage desk in the room, but it can come out if you don't want it in there. in the photos there is a recliner but that is being removed.
i live in a 55+ community but have an excellent relationship with all of my neighbors. everybody is laid-back here, but i do not want to risk my good standing. my roommate has to be calm and quiet and kind.
included in rent are: comcast cable with on demand (you may need to add a cable box in your room, unless you use netflix or something), access to a big heated pool, sauna in the clubhouse, and soon to add comcast internet. we had at&t and it was terrible so it was recently cancelled.
the condo is right around the corner from the turnpike and only about 15 minutes to i-95 and downtown lake worth. it's about 20 minutes to the beach, and 10 minutes to the wellington mall. there are several gyms around here, whole foods, and palm beach state college. there is a bus that goes east and west right nearby.
