gay male looking for another gm/gf or gay friendly to share large open concept 3 bedroom apartment on second floor of two family house. apartment has recently been painted/new laminated flooring . also has off street parking for one car, washer/dryer in basement not coin operated and quiet and safe neighborhood and close to 495 right off exit 51..

utilities are not included but very reasonable. has the following gas heat on budget, electric, cable/internet would on average be about 120 month each. looking for mature adult that can live roomate situation and pays bills on time no heavy partying . looking for 1st/last months rent for move in but can work payment arrangement for last month rent.

i also have 2 female dogs 19 months old so you must be dog friendly and are comfortable living with dogs no other animals allowed.
