furnished room with closet in an older, quiet neighborhood. single family home set on 1.8 acres of nicely landscaped private lot. basement is equipped with a hot tub, wood stove, washer/dryer, and a freezer. first floor has a well equipped kitchen (i enjoy cooking and baking), a comfortably furnished living room with a 42" hdtv and cable, a sun room with a lovely view of the brook that flows through my property, and an enclosed 3-season porch. the second floor has a den, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath.
the bedroom for rent contains a full size bed, a bureau w/mirror, bedside table, slant front desk with chair, a 19" hdtv with cable hookup. wifi is also available. there is also a phone jack in the room.
