i am looking to rent out one bedroom in my beautiful home in holyoke. it is in a very safe, quiet neighborhood close to 91. $600/mo everything included. i live in the home as well but have a very busy schedule and my boyfriend lives across the street so i am usually there. i have two cats who are super sweet. a couple lives upstairs and they have a dog but he is well behaved and i hardly know he's there. that said, i would prefer someone with no animals. the bedroom that is available is on the first floor. private room, shared bathroom (with me, but like i said i'm hardly ever there). full access to the kitchen, living room, breezeway, and laundry (washer&dryer) in the basement. i am looking for someone asap as my roommate of over a year moved to boston.
