my fiance, our current roommate and i are looking for a roommate to fill our third room. we are all (2 males, 1 female) clean, responsible and low key business professionals in our late twenties seeking a new roommate in a great condo near downtown huntington beach to replace current roommate who is moving to la. the condo is located in a nice and safe community that is 2 miles from the huntington pier/downtown. the community is right behind 5 points shopping center (there is a trader joe's in the center), off main street and delaware. community has great amenities: pool/spa area with sauna, tennis courts, and ratchet ball courts.background on the condo and room: condo has 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths and totals 1600 sq ft with large living room that has vaulted ceiling, a good size dining room, a full kitchen with in unit washer/dryer. all common rooms are fully furnished. renter will have access to all rooms and appliances. the room available is decently sized and square shaped (area is approx 200 sq ft). it has a built in closet with shelves and has wood floors like the rest of the condo. room comes with the use of a shared full bathroom (two people) that is very clean and in great shape. renter will also have a designated parking spot in the community.
the lease is month-to-month and rent is a flat rate of $800 per month all in (includes rent, utilities, internet (wifi), and cable).
roommate qualifications: someone who is clean and responsible with a steady job (preferably a business professional) between the ages of 23-30. no drug use or animals are permitted.
